CHALLENGE: During the Ramadan period, organize a major launch event involving local officials, an AF delegation coming from France, and 1,000 socialites.

STRATEGY: Assemble a full Air France Experience with six different workshops aimed at educating participants on the brand and the destination.

ACHIEVEMENTS:  400 influencers (politicians, representatives from major companies, press, socialites) attended the event despite the Ramadan season; guests excited to celebrate the affair even though it was a holy time in Indonesia.
